Enabling Rapid Integration The DJ60HS relies on a single mezzanine connector interface for easy application board layout. It also has a very low profile height for stacked ATE instrument cards. Additionally, the module features on-board power supply regulation and frequency synthesis for simplifying design requirements. |

Eliminating the Risk of HSIO Instrument Development These plug-in modules integrate all the high-mix (high-risk) HSIO test and measurement technology elements. They are characterized, calibrated instruments that are mounted onto the application carrier board. Control of the modules happens through a low-bandwidth, low-overhead SPI bus. Time critical test functions are all executed internally to the modules, thus simplifying software control requirements. Configurable trigger and flag pins enable synchronization to the host ATE. Finally, the modules are designed to achieve bit and edge alignment across all transmit and receive lanes. |
