DJ60HS Features

Mastering Protocol Proliferation

Architected for protocol-adaptability, the DJ60HS incorporates infrastructure for multi-personality operation. By combining our miniature AC measurement technology with a carefully architected personality-based design, we have created a platform for unprecedented flexibility. Through simple register commands, the DJ60HS can instantaneously transform itself from a PCI Express tester to an HDMI tester, all the while maintaining calibration performance.

Versatile Pin Electronics

All inputs and outputs of the DJ60HS support a wide range of voltage levels, covering high common-mode interfaces such as HDMI and low common-mode interfaces such as MIPI. The channels also support both differential and single-ended signalling.

High Spectral Purity Per-Lane Jitter Injection

 

Each channel integrates its own synthesized jitter and skew waveform generator.

 

Through register commands, the DJ60HS can be programmed to test PLLs or CDR circuitry.

Advanced Waveform Shaping

With the availability of bandwidth control on all DJ60HS differential drivers, application development is greatly simplified: most test program development proceeds with nominal driver settings. Subsequently, in order to emulate long PCB traces in the application environment, digital bandwidth control is deployed for stressed-eye high-speed testing.
